Shipping & Handling
Orders are shipped via UPS ground service.
Delivery for most orders is within 4-6 business days.
Import duty and other fees for shipments to Canada are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We're sorry, but we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Ordering & Processing
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekend days.)
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Orders with Priority shipping (2nd Day Service) will be processed the same day if received by Noon, EST.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped within Michigan. If you are shipping to any other destination in the U.S., sales tax will not be charged on your purchase.

Returns & Replacements
Within 3 weeks of purchase, you may return any unopened item in its original container and condition for a full refund. Please keep the original packaging and return with the item. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased through our website.

How to Return
When sending in a return, please follow these instructions:
1. Indicate the reason for your return
2. Include the packing slip with your return (If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper)
3. Wrap the package securely
4. Be sure to include your name and return address
